IRECMS Dubai Awards is an initiative to recognise UAE-based companies that are delivering outstanding results in the field of Community Management, Facilities Management, Property Management, and Real Estate in general.
We are proud to share that IRECMS Dubai Awards is an authentic platform that will recognize meritorious efforts, regardless of the company size and scale. It comprises 15+ categories that are vetted by an Advisory Council comprising global leaders within Community Management. The categories are shortlisted for being relevant and reflective of the local market landscape.
It is also the ONLY awards event within Community Management that has garnered the patronage of international industry bodies.
This allows us to establish global standards of competition, international authenticity, and integrity as well as the unmissable opportunity for companies to be recognized on a truly global scale.

All aspiring nominees are required to submit an online nomination form that requests basic company information, the categories they wish to participate in, and a brief write-up on why they deserve to win in their chosen categories. Please note that companies can nominate in a maximum of 4 categories free of cost.
On the basis of the brief write-up in the online nomination form, deserving companies will be announced as the finalists of the IRECMS 2023.
All finalists will be required to make a 20-minute presentation to the IRECMS Jury to further substantiate their nominations. The presentations will be held virtually and the Jury will identify the winners on the basis of these presentations.
The winners will be announced in a Gala Awards Ceremony.
